Cinnamon Cranston is a University of Regina and Mount Royal College graduate, a Reiki practitioner, and a Registered Massage Therapist who specializes in the Rosen
Method. Informed by her personal experience and her own quest for peace and healing, Cinnamon’s 20-year journey through the health and wellness field has focused on treating and
overcoming the effects of trauma. After exploring a number of modalities, she discovered the importance of the body in the recovery process. In 2008, she knew she was home when her
search led her to the Rosen Method, which seeks to access the unconscious in the body and to integrate it. Today, Cinnamon is a certified Rosen Method Bodywork Practitioner with a private practice in Edmonton, Alberta, called The Mindful Body. She is also a Rosen Method Workshop Teacher and Rosen Method Movement Teacher.
