Jennifer Traynor is a writer and editor in Calgary, Alberta, where she lives with her husband, two children, and their family dog. While struggling with her mental health, she went on a journey of healing, self-discovery, and self-love. This prompted her to step forward to motivate and inspire other women to do the same. After nearly 20 years of working in corporate jobs, she took a leap of faith to start her own business and support other female entrepreneurs. She now works as a Strategic Storyteller by coaching businesswomen on how to get clear on their message and incorporate it into their content through strategic planning. Her goal is to help women use the power of storytelling to elevate their businesses and empower them on their road to success. In her spare time, Jennifer loves to practice yoga, read, do word puzzles, watch movies, and spend time with her family.
