Cara Bjornson has been a member of the RAINN (Rape Abuse Incest National Network) Speaker’s Bureau for many years, sharing her story to help other survivors step out of silence and shame and into healing and empowerment. As a Certified Fearless Living Coach, Cara supports her clients in speaking their truth with compassion for themselves and others as they embrace the present moment and move into the future with hope, passion, and purpose. Her love for the performing arts and creative writing gives a unique and creative kick to her coaching practice as she supports others in uncovering the skills and gifts they already possess to create the life they want. Cara specializes in trauma recovery, grief/loss, communication and relationships, self-confidence/self-esteem, self-expression and empowerment, and vision building.
Cara’s upcoming memoir shares her personal journey of transformation and healing and how she was able to use her past to fuel the passion for her future. She works with clients all over the country via in-person, phone and Skype sessions and is available for private coaching sessions, group workshops, conferences, panel discussions, women’s events, and corporate retreats.
